What happens after registering my return?
If you have submitted a return notification, we will first check whether your return notification is eligible for a return shipment. This means that the item cannot have been purchased longer than 14 days ago. As soon as we have accepted your return request, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the return shipment. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that cannot be returned in the normal way by post due to their nature, the costs are € 4.95 . You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
