Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability

The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders in our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.

A consumer is understood to mean a natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business. A trader is understood to mean:a natural or legal person who acts in the exercise of a profession or business or who acts on his behalf

2. Contractual partners, the conclusion of the agreement

The purchase agreement is concluded with Budow.

By presenting the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude an agreement with regard to these items. You can first place the products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your choices at any time before placing your binding order, using the correction options offered and explained in the ordering process. The agreement is concluded by clicking the order button. Clicking the order button implies acceptance of the offer regarding the goods in the shopping cart. Immediately after the order has been shipped, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

3. Language of the agreement and storage of the text of the agreement

The language or languages available for the conclusion of the agreement:English, Dutch

We save the text of the agreement and send you the details of the order and our general terms and conditions by e-mail. For security reasons you can no longer view your previous orders online.

4. Terms of delivery

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may be charged. More information about shipping costs can be found in the offers.

We ship the goods, unfortunately it is not possible to collect the goods by the customer.

We do not deliver to a PO box address.

5. Payment

In principle, the following payment methods are available in our shop:

PayPal


After placing the order you will be redirected to the website of the online payment service PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Paypal, you must be registered there or register first, then identify yourself with your login details and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the webshop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.



Processing payments through PayPal Services
In cooperation with the payment service PayPal, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal Services. You do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. Depending on the chosen payment method, you may be redirected to the PayPal website and the chosen payment service after placing the order:
Credit card:The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company at the request of PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment order and upon your identification as a legitimate card holder and your card will be charged.
iDEAL:If you choose the payment method iDeal, you will be redirected to the website of your bank. To be able to pay the invoice amount via iDeal, you must have a Dutch online bank account that has been activated for participation in iDeal, provide the necessary identification and confirm the payment order to us. The payment transaction is executed immediately afterwards and debited from your account.
Sofort by Klarna:You will be redirected to the PayPal website. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the use of your details via PayPal. You will then be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account that is activated for online banking, you must identify yourself and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction will be executed immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be debited.
You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

6. Damage during delivery

If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, you must report this damage immediately to the delivery person if possible and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to complain or contact us will not affect your legal rights and their enforcement, in particular with regard to your statutory right to warranty. But then you help us assert our own rights against the freight forwarder or the transport insurance.

7. Warranties

The legal warranty applies. Information on any additional warranties and the precise terms and conditions that may apply can be found next to the product or, if applicable, on the individual information pages in the web shop.

8. Liability

We are always liable without limit for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or our agents

• in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty

Otherwise, all claims for damages are excluded.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission offers a platform for online dispute resolution that you   here   can find. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer disputes board.
